Return to Wholeness: A Yin & Mindfulness Retreat
This retreat is about returning to yourself through yin yoga, mindfulness meditation, restorative movement, breathwork, and stillness. Together, we’ll create a space where the nervous system can settle, the body can release tension, and the mind can find more clarity and ease.
What To Expect
Imagine one week with no pressure.
No need to do anything.
No need to be anyone.
No need to perform, fix, or achieve.
Just the invitation to rest. To let go. To soften.
To simply be.
This retreat is about returning to yourself through yin yoga, mindfulness meditation, restorative movement, breathwork, and stillness. Together, we’ll create a space where the nervous system can settle, the body can release tension, and the mind can find more clarity and ease.
In daily life we’re pulled in many directions. It’s easy to lose touch with our own rhythm. This week is a step back from that—the outer noise and the inner pressure of “not enough” or “not there yet.” Here, there’s nothing to fix or prove. You get to land, unwind, and be with what’s here, kindly.
Silence as Daily Rhythm — and Two Days of Noble Silence
Each day begins in silence. From waking until the end of the 11:00 yoga session, we stay quiet together—through meditation, breathwork, breakfast, and morning break.
This rhythm helps you arrive gently into the day and listen inwardly before turning outward.
Midway through the retreat we’ll deepen this with two full days of noble silence. From the first meditation in the morning to the last evening practice, we share stillness together—not as a rule, but as a gift. You’ll still be guided and supported, but the silence itself becomes the teacher, revealing what is often hidden beneath words.
More About this Retreat
Yin, Mindfulness, and Everyday Life
We’ll move gently.
We’ll rest deeply.
We’ll breathe fully.
Alongside the yoga and meditation sessions, I’ll share simple reflections on mindfulness—how to bring it into daily life, how to take the practice off the mat, and how mindfulness can help you meet life with more clarity, steadiness, and kindness.
There may be moments of soft yang practice to support balance and circulation, but the heart of the week is yin, mindfulness, stillness, and reconnection.
This isn’t just a break from daily life.
It’s a way back to yourself.

This retreat is for you if...
You’re craving deep rest, but also inner clarity
You want to reconnect with a deeper truth — not through effort, but through presence
You’re ready to let go of fixing and return to being

Only a willingness to be with yourself — gently, honestly, and with space to unfold.
Join me for a week of slowing down, softening inward, and remembering what was never lost.
You are already okay. And I’d love to hold space for you to feel that again.
Getting There – Group Transport & Arrival Info
To make your arrival as smooth as possible, we organise group transport from Porto Airport to the D’Alijo Retreat Centre for guests arriving around the same time. The main group transfer usually leaves around 13:30, so we recommend booking flights that land before 13:00 to join this shared ride.
Please note, check-in at D’Alijo starts at 15:00, so earlier arrival at the centre isn’t possible.
If you arrive later than the main transfer time, we may be able to arrange additional shared rides if other guests arrive around the same time — but this cannot be guaranteed.
Alternatively, you can book a private transfer (which is more expensive) or organise your own Bolt taxi, often costing around €50–€60.
We’ll communicate closer to the retreat to coordinate group transport and support your arrival planning.
