Payment & Booking Policies

Payment Policies

  • If you are not paying the full price in one go, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot on a retreat.

  • The retreat fee should be paid in full 2.5 months before the retreat starts.

  • If you are booking a spot on a retreat that is happening in the next 2.5 months, payment in full is required.


Booking Policies

  1. If booking a shared room, we cannot guarantee that you will have a roommate (sometimes we are an odd number). In this unlikely event, you may be asked to pay a single supplement. This depends on the policy of the retreat centre.

  2. Changing the details of your booking (transfer to a different event, transfer your deposit/fee to another person etc); In most cases, we can make the required change in the first instance. Any subsequent changes will incur a €35 administration fee. Please note that if transferring your booking to a friend/relative they will be placed in the same room type you had already booked. 



Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (including special Covid 19 policy)

All retreat deposits are non-refundable unless specified differently (like our covid policy). However, in general, we will always endeavour to give you a full refund (including the deposit) IF we can fill your space.


Any refunds given do not include any personal expenses you have incurred such as flights or any other costs that are not paid directly to us. We recommend taking out travel insurance if you want to have these expenses covered.


General Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 6 weeks before the start date of the retreat will be refunded the amount paid in full minus the deposit. The deposit amount is non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be given for any cancellations made 6 weeks after the start date of the retreat.

  • If due to the COVID-19 health crisis, new measures were decreed that would prevent the retreat from being carried out, we will refund you the full amount paid, including the deposit, minus an admin fee.

  • In the unlikely event that the retreat has to be cancelled for another reason, we will also refund the full amount paid, including the deposit.

  • You can transfer funds to another retreat (full amount or deposit, depending on time and reason for cancellation), minus an admin fee of €50 for each transfer. Transfers are valid for 2 years.


Special COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

In the following two conditions only will this special Covid 19 cancellation policy apply

  1. If your country of residence changes their travel restrictions to include enforced quarantine upon your return.

  2. You have tested positive for Covid 19, prohibiting you from travelling to attend the retreat.

  • Cancellations 1 week before the start date of the retreat, we will refund you the full amount paid, except the deposit, which could be used as a credit for another retreat during the next 2 years.

  • If your cancellation takes place during the last week before the retreat, we will refund you 50% of the full amount paid (including the deposit). We will endeavour to keep the remaining amount as credit towards another retreat, depending on the policy of the retreat centre.

Retreat Policies

General Retreat Policies

  • We ask that you leave any devices (phones, tablets, iPod/iPad, computers and other mobile devices) generally in your room, so there is enough time and space for connection. If you must bring a phone with you to the workshop spaces, please ensure that it is on silent mode at all times.

  • All meals at retreats are vegetarian, and during the retreat, we suggest you refrain from consuming alcohol.
