Open To All Levels
This retreat warmly welcomes participants of all levels, except complete beginners. If you're new to yoga, we recommend embarking on Esther's Yoga for Beginners Course on Ekhartyoga.com and gradually integrating level 1 and level 1-2 classes to prepare yourself.
Your Daily Schedule
Your journey begins each morning as you awaken to awe-inspiring mountain vistas, guided by Esther's soothing voice in a revitalizing meditation. Following a light breakfast, you'll be invited to participate in a mindful flowing yoga practice tailored to suit all levels. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey, rest assured that every session will be customized to your unique needs, fostering a sense of empowerment and progress.
Indulge in the art of relaxation after a wonderful lunch. Go for a walk, or a swim when the sun is out. Cosy up by the fire, luxuriate in the comfort of your cabin, or explore the magnificent surroundings of the retreat centre. As the sun begins its descent, we gather for rejuvenating yoga sessions and mindful practices, focusing on deep relaxation, introspection, and embracing the magic of the present moment. The day gracefully concludes with a wonderful dinner, a feast for both body and soul.

Please note that to facilitate the restoration of body and mind, we observe silence in the mornings until the yoga practice at 11:00.
15:00 onwards: Arrive and check-in, enjoy meeting the energy and beauty of the retreat centre and its surroundings.
17:00: Warm welcome and introduction to the retreat.
17:30: Yoga class, feel your body come alive
19:30: Dinner, savour the flavours of wholesome nourishment
February 23th and 24th:
08:00 - 09:00: Meditation and Pranayama, awaken your inner radiance
09:00 - 11:00: Light breakfast and well-deserved break, relish the moment
11:00 - 13:00: Mindful Yoga practice, explore the depths of your strength
13:00 - 17:00: Lunch and free time, indulge in self-care and exploration
17:00 - 18:30 / 19:00: Enlightening talks, invigorating mindfulness practices, serene Yin and Restorative yoga leading into the bliss
7:30 - 9:30: Yoga and meditation
9:30: Closing circle

Single Occupancy (Shared Facilities)
Enjoy the tranquillity of your own space while still benefiting from shared facilities. The shared facilities, including the living room and bathroom, are shared among a maximum of three people in one of the mountain lodges. Indulge in privacy and convenience.
