The deepest philosophy is not nearly as important as an embodied experience of what you're trying to learn.
All the different aspects of a yoga practice are there to help you to feel and experience presence - awareness. The practice is there to encourage you to show up for life and be present in every moment, for the joy, the pain, the peace, the unrest… all of it.
And rest in the knowing that you are not broken, you are whole, you are love.
My work invites to to take your time to turn inwards; to sit with yourself, turn towards what you are feeling and work with it through movement, meditation and self compassion. Discover new layers to the wisdom you already hold by exploring the inner landscape of your body, mind and spirit.
There is a deep love available for you to experience when you integrate your learnings into an embodied experience.
